I'm Carla Santos-Jackson, an insurance broker specializing in Commercial, Life, Home, and Auto insurance. With over six years of experience, I've proudly served families across Texas, helping to ensure their assets are protected and their peace of mind is intact. 

My insurance journey has been fueled by a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to furthering my education and honing my skills, particularly in commercial insurance. Every day presents an opportunity for growth, and I'm eager to continue expanding my expertise as a commercial agent. 

While insurance may seem worlds apart from my background in news and journalism, I've found a common thread – the power of connection. Just as I've enjoyed meeting new people and sharing their stories in journalism, I now have the privilege of safeguarding their livelihoods and futures through insurance. 

A proud Amarillo native, I'm deeply rooted in my community. From my days at Caprock High School to my current pursuit of a degree in Mass Communications at Amarillo College, Amarillo has shaped who I am today. When I'm not busy helping clients, I spend quality time with my fantastic family. 

My husband Anthony and I are proud parents to four sons and a daughter, and we're all about that sports life! Family time is our favorite, whether we're hitting the field for a football game or cheering on our kids at football or basketball games.
